The activities of APCI include:

• maintain the Asgardia Projects Database;
• for all projects, regularly check the focus points of APMF;
• monitor the progress of projects and ensuring they meet their objectives, minimize risks, streamline efficiency, and optimize resource utilization;
• optionally, when and as long as it is relevant or necessary: provide support, expertise and guidance to project teams;
• promote knowledge exchange, experience sharing, awareness and continuous learning, within the project, with other projects, within Asgardia and with the wider space community;
  optionally, additionally, when and as long as it is relevant or necessary: host Special Interest Groups or other forms of communities around specific subjects and/or create and give trainings or courses;
  the aim is to increase awareness and understanding of APMF and APCI and to foster a culture of compliance and excellence in project management within Asgardia; this will target stakeholders, project managers, and other relevant parties, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively implement and adhere to APMF;
• assess and evaluate the success of projects and provide recommendations for improvement, seeing to it that lessons learnt are written down and existing best practices are improved;
• help in identifying, selecting and prioritizing projects that align with Asgardia's goals;
• promote collaboration and partnerships between the various stakeholders, within the project, with other projects and organizations, within and outside of Asgardia; also assist with dispute resolution;
• keep and maintain the framework APMF;
• maintain the online IT platform of APCI;
• maintain and operate a Control Framework containing all recurring activities, like the regular checks of all active projects;
• run APCI itself: management, finance (including funding strategy, reporting), resource management, and so on, effectively virtually all aspects that also are relevant for projects;
• improve APCI and APMF by developing policies, procedures, standards and regulations for project selection, management, and evaluation, establishing clear guidelines for doing projects in Asgardia (a continuous evolution).
